Found in Colombia?, Venezuela and Bolivia in subtropical forests as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with a terete, repent rhizome giving rise to slightly distant, hard, green red, hershy’s Kiss shaped, sometimes slightly adpressed to the rhizome ppseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, subterete, sulcate, blue green, narrowly lanceolate, acute leaf that blooms in the early summer on a lateral, basal, peduncle with 6 to 8 tubular, subremote bracts, erect and arching at the midportion of the rachis, to 4.4 [to 11 cm] long, 20 to 24 flowered inflorescence.
