Bulbophyllum nanobulbon Seidenfaden 1973 publ. 1974 SECTION Cirrhopetalum [Lindl.] Rchb.f 1861
Drawing by © Seidenfaden and The Swiss Orchid Foundation at the Jany Renz Herbaria Website.
Common Name The Small Pseudobulb Bulbophyllum
Flower Size .8" [2 cm]
Found in Malaysia as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with a woody rhizome with .08" [2 mm] between each small, round pseudobulb carrying asingle, apical, erect, broadly elliptical, obtuse, leaf that blooms on a basal, erect, 1" [2.5 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence .
Kew puts this one as a synonym of B gracillinum but I just do not see that with Seidenfaden's Drawing so I have left them separatae pending better references.
Synonyms Bulbophyllum microbulbon (Ridl.) Ridl. 1907; Cirrhopetalum microbulbon Ridl. 1896
