Common Name Nasser's Bulbophyllum [American Orchid Enthusiast current]

Flower Size 3.2" [8.5 cm]

Found in the Philippines and Borneo as a small sized epiphyte with ovate grey green pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, lanceolate, petiolate leaf that blooms on a basal, 10" [25 cm] long, single flowered, purple and green inflorescence with a loose, acuminate bract below the middle and a single large flower at the apex.

Somewhat similar to B echinolabium but the flowers are smaller and differently colored and the stelida of the column are rather dissimilar.
