Found in northern and northwestern Madagascar in humid evergreen forests and dry forests at elevations of sea level to 1400 meters as a miniature to just small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm] between each oblong, 6 angled, yellow pseudobulbs carrying narrowly elliptic leaves that blooms in the fall on a basal, 4.4 o 6" [11 to 15 cm] long, bracts in 4 rows, several flowered inflorescence
