LATER AGAIN EARLY AGAIN LATE

Common Name The Pale Flowered Bulbophyllum

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in New Caledonia in dense humid forests in humid shady locations often on dead branches with lichens at elevations of 300 to 700 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with ovoid, close set pseudobulbs carrying a single, lanceolate-arched, conduplicate leaf that blooms in the later spring, again in the early summer and again in the late fall on an erct, basaL, .8" [2 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence

Given by Kew as a synonym of B cylindrobulbum but after careful consideration and conversations with people on the ground in New Caledonia, I now feel that they are absolutely separate species.
