Found in Pampanga Philippines at elevations around 500 to 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with .4 to .48" [1 to 1.2 cm] between each smooth, elliptic pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic leaf that blooms in the late fall on an erect, threadlike, arising from the pseudobulbs and the rhizome, to 1.2" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
