Found in the Philippines at elevations around 500 to 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with .8" [2 cm] between each pear-shaped, eret to curved, wrinkled pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, leathery, linear-lanceolate, rounded apically, narrowing below into the indistinct petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, very slender, basal, to 1" [2.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence carrying dark purple flowers.
