Found in western New Guinea in lower montane forest, at elevations around 759 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with very slender, stems giving rise to adnate, minute pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, thin, lanceolate, acute, 2.5 by 0.4 cm; base somewhat narrowed; apex minutely cuspidate leaf that blooms on a very short, single flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, longer than the ovary floral bacts and carrying ver small flowers
