Found in Sumatra? without locality as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with somewhat close set, erect, ovoid, not somewhat flattened or not pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic, obtuse, with or without minute, scattered, black tubercles each with 1 to 2 short hairs, shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late fall and early winter on an erect, peduncle to 2.8 to 4.4" [7 to 11 cm] long, 4.4 to 5.6" [11 to 14 cm] long overall, single flowered inflorescence with about 3 scales.
