Found in western Java at elevations around 1000 to 1500 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte with a branching rhizome with 2" [5 cm] between each, oblong-lanceolate, abruptly contracted into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an erect, from the rhizome, 3 to 6.4" [7.5 to 16 cm] long, to 30 flowered inflorescence.
