Common Name or Meaning The Pointed Calyx Bulbophyllum
Flower Size .3" [7.5 mm] long
Found in central and east central Madagascar in humid evergreen forests at elevations around 400 to 1200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with ovoid pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, oblanceolate leaves that blooms spring on an erect, very slender, flattened peduncle to 12.8" [32 cm] long, laxly many flowered inflorescence with subdistichous flowers.
