Found in the Philippines on Mt Halcon on mossy tree trunks at elevations around 1500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with chain-like, depressed pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, oblanceolate to spathulate leaf that blooms in the fall on a brownish yellow, slender, .6" [1.5 cm] long, successively few, several flowered inflorescence.
