Found in Borneo in low and open lowland forests as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with .32 to 3.8" [.8 to 9.5 cm] between each depressed-conical to lenticular pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, elliptic to ovate, acute, petiolate base leaf that blooms on a patent, elongated, rachis .16 to 3.8" [.4 to 9.5 cm] long, slightly arching, not thickened, glabrous, 4.4 to 16.4" [11 to 41 cm] long overall, very lax, successively single, 1 to 9 flowered inflorescence with tubular, clasping, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
