Found in Singapore, Johor and Pahang Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Moluccas and New Guinea in tropical lowlands on mangroves or on trees by rivers at elevations of sealevel to 1600 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with .4" [1 cm] between each ovate, curved pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, elliptic, obtuse, gradually narrowing into the short, petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, basal, 2.4" [6 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
