Found in Queensland and New South Wales Australia at elevations of 5 to 1000 meters in rainforests on trees and rocks as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte or lithophyte with branching stems carrying well spaced, ovoid, slightly compressed, yellow-green to dark green, naked pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, stalkless, fleshy, deeply and broadly grooved, pale to dark green leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on .2 to .28" [5 to 9 mm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
