Found in Leyte Philippines at elevations of 500 to 750 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphgyte with a creeping rhizome without pseudobulbs but giving rise to erect, leathery, oblong leaves that blooms in the late winter, spring and fall on an erect, peduncle 3.8 to 3.2" [7 to 8 cm] long, bracts loose and expanded near the apex, rachis to 1.2" [3 cm] long, loosely flowered inflorescence with lanceolate floral bracts.
