Found in the Philippines in montane forests at elevations around 1200 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with 2" [5 cm] between each, ovoid to ellipsoid, distinctly but obtusely 4 angled pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, elliptic, rounded, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a basal, porrect to patent, dense almost subumbellate, racemose, 1.6" [4 cm] long, 6 to 9 flowered inflorescence
