Found in Rizal the Philippines at elevations around 300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with shortly cylindric pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, very leathery, narrowly elliptic-oblong, slender, 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm] long petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later summer on an erect, basal, slender, rachis to 1.6 to 2.4" [4 to 6 cm] long, to 4.8" [12 cm] long overall, to 10 flowered inflorescence with triangular-lanceolate, spreading floral bracts carrying whitish tinged with yellow colored flowers
