Common Name The Mt Teku Bulbophyllum [A Mountain in penninsular Malaysia]

Found in penninsular Malaysia on Mt Teku at elevations around 1600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with pseudobulbs with the apex slightly cruved upwards and carrying a single, apical, erect, acute leaf that blooms on a 1.6" [including the pedicel] [4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.

Seidenfaden states that this orchid is near to the SECTION Polymeres Verm & O'Byrne 2008 because of the nearly equal sepals but the plant is certainly that of the SECTION Macrocaulia
