Common Name Tokio's Bulbophyllum - In China Xiao Ye Shi Dou Lan

Found in Taiwan in dense forests on tree trunks at elevations of 600 to 800 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome that has no pseudobulb but has small, well spaced, sessile, elliptic to elliptic-orbicular, fleshy, rounded to mucronate apically leaves that blooms in the spring on 1 to 2, slender, axillary, erect, .4" [10mm] long, 2 flowered inflorescence with elliptic, shorter than the pedicel floral bracts.
