Common Name The Creeping Bulbophyllum [refers to the creeping habit of the plant]
Flower Size .4" [1 cm]
Found in the Philippines along montane ridges on mossy tree trunks at elevations of 800 to 1400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with 4" [10 cm] between each non-existent pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, leathery, lanceolate mleaf that blooms on an erect, from the rhizome, to 3.2" [8 cm] long, to 8 flowered inflorescence carrying very fragrant flowers.
CAUTION There are 2 photos with different orchids, neither one is a great match for Ames Type drawing which is absolutely correct.
