Flower Size .18 to .22" [4.5 to 5.5 mm]

Found in Madagascar in coastal and humid evergreen forests at elevations around sea level to 1400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with broadly ovoid, compressed, very rugose, yellow pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, short, widely elliptical leaf that blooms in the earlier spring and again in the summer on a basal, erect, peduncel to 1.2" [3 cm] long, 2 to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm] long overall, several flowered inflorescence with oval-acuminate, twice as long as the pedicel floral bracts.
