Found on Zambales in the Philippines at elevations around 1700 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm] between each small thickenings at the base of each single, apical, erect, leathery, oblanceolate, shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late fall and early winter on an erect, to 2.4" [to 6 cm] long, loosely few flowered inflorescence enveloped by imbricating bracts and carrying yellow flowers.
