Found in Kalimantan Borneo in lowlands as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with clustered, rather small, ovoid to conical, angular when mature pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic to elliptic-ovate, subacute leaf that blooms on a patent, congewsted, rachis to 1.4" [3.5 cm] long, porrect, slightly thickened, to 7.2" [18 cm] long overall, densely to 18 flowered inflorescence
