Common Name Campbell's Caladenia - The Thick Stemmed Fairy Fingers Orchid

Flower Size .4 to .6" [1 to 1.4 cm]

Found in Tasmania on slopes and ridges of coastal hills in thick heathy scrub at elevations of 20 to 80 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with a very narrow, almost terete, hairy leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 3.2 to 5.6" [8 to 14 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
