Found in eastern New South Wales in coastal and near coastal heathy forests among shrubs at elevations of sealevel to 150 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with a thin, linear, hairy leaf that blooms in the early fall on an erect, 3.2 to 6" [8 to 15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
