Common Name The Star Shaped Caladenia - The Starry Spider Orchid

Flower Size 1.4 to 1.8" [3.5 to 4.5 cm]

Found in New South Wales and South Australia in Callistra woodlands and shrubby forests at elevations of 120 to 300 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf that blooms in the earlier winter and mid spring on an erect, 4.8 to 12" [12 to 30 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence
