Common Name or Meaning The Huebneri-Like Campylocentrum [refers to its similarity to C huebneri]

Found in the department of Junin in Peru within wet montane forests at elevations around 1600 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying distichous, obliquely ovate, emarginate, coriaceous leaves that blooms in the fall on axillary, shortly pedunculate, racemose, 1" [2.5 cm] long overall, several flowered inflorescence with minute, ovate, obtuse floral bracts.

Differs from C huebneri in the pale orange flowers and the narrow, tapered spur that is up to .4" [1 cml long. C huebneri has a spur that is up to .84" [2.1 cm] long.
