Found in Venezuela and Ecuador at elevations of 1200 to 2000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing leafy epiphyte with a slender, erect to pendent stem enveloped by conduplicate, leaf sheaths and carrying numerous, distichous, wide spreading, narrowly oblong-ovate, obtuse, slightly contracted below into the sessile base leaves that blooms on a lateral, racemose, peduncle filiform, to .04" [1 mm] long, rachis to 1.2" [3 cm] long, loosely, distichously several flowered, glabrous inflorescence.
