Flower Size

Found in Venezuela as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with wrinkled, oblong-fusiform, slightly compressed pseduobulbs enveloped by smooth, white grey, scarious sheaths and carrying membraneous, narrowly oblanceolate, plicate, 5 nerved, short acuminate, long attenuate and pseduo-petiolate base leaves that blooms on a smooth, light green, more or less pendulous, to 6" [15 cm] long, several [8] flowered inflorescence with ovate, acute to acuminate floral bracts.

CAUTION Although the supposed type collection sheet is shown above, it does not agree with any of the references that I have and I feel that is represents a Gongora so please use with caution!!!!!! The Photo appears to be correct!
