Common Name The Hybrid Cattleya

Flower Size

Found inbetween Rio de Janiero and Minas Gerais states of Brazil at elevations around 600 meters as a small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte that is natural hybrid between C. guttata and C. loddigesii with elongate, cylindrical, articulate pseudobulbs carrying 2 apical, rigid, elliptic-oblong, obtuse, shortly petiolate base leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, robust, flexuous, pale green, arising through a spathe, [7 to 14 cm] long, 1 to 10 flowered inflorescence.
