Found in eastern Java in mossy montane forests at elevations around 1000 to 2100 meters as a miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with terete, close set, 2 noded stems carrying a single, narrowly lanceolate, minutely bilobed apically, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late spring on two to 3 per stem, long, hairy, brown red pediceled inflorescence
