Common Name Rio Pacuare' Chaubardiella [A River in Costa Rica]

Found in Costa Rica and Panama to Ecuador in wet tropical forests at elevations of 750 to 1500 meters as a miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte without pseudobulbs that has somewhat concave, lanceolate leaves that are conduplicate at the base with a basal, pendant, 1" [2.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a non-resupinate flower occuring in the late summer and fall.
