Found in Eastern Victoria, at elevations of 800 to 1500 meters, usually in mountain areas in closed, shady, wet forests under bushes, as a miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with 2 basal, elliptic, subacute, gradually narrowing below into the clasping base leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on an erect, 2 1/5" [5.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
