Flower Size 1.4" [6 cm]

A natural hybrid between C calceolus and C macranthon occuring in Russia, Mongolia, northeastern China and North & South Korea in open broad-leafed and mixed forests, shrubby thickets and forest meadows as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with an erect, more or less pubescent stem carrying 3 to 5, broadly elliptic to ovate-elliptic, sometimes sparsely puberulous on the veins leaves that blooms in the spring on a usually 2 flowered inflorescence with leaf-like bracts.
