Found in the New Guinea on trees in montane forests at elevations around 900 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphtye with erect to ascending stems carrying many, erect-patent, linear, unequally obtusely bilobed apically, glabrous, subfleshy, shiny leaves that blooms in the late spring on a lateral, very short, single flowered inflorescence
