Found in northeastern Queensland in rainforests and on rainforest margins at elevations of 760 to 1500 meters as a miniture to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte or lithophyte with erect, very slender, basally dark plum colored stems carrying 1 to 2, semi-erect to prostrate, apical, sesslie, ovate, thin, leathery leaves that blooms in the later winter on a terminal, .32 to 1" [.8 to 2.5 cm] long, 1 to 6 flowered inflorescence.
