Common Name Chittima's Dendrobium [Thai Orchid Nursery Woman current]

Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]

Found in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam as a large sized, cool to warm growing epiphyte that grows in full sun and needs a slight winter rest then blooms in the mid winter through spring with a short, single flowered inflorescence arising along a leafed cane and carrying fragrant flowers.

This species is very similar to D ciliatilabellum and many sources put them as synomonous with D ciliatilabellum taking precedence but the difference is that D ciliatilabellum has hairs all over the labellum instead of just in the center of the labellum as well as it is in the Section Pedilonum instead of Breviflores.
