Found in Sulawesi at elevations of 800 to 900 meters as a medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with erect, swollen at the middle with a slender base and apex stems carrying many, lanceolate, somewhat sickle shaped, in the upper slender part but not at the apex leaves that blooms in the fall on a short, several flowered inflorescence arising from the nodes at the apex of the stem and carrying a cluster of fragrant flowers.
