Found in [Sumatra?] Ambon Island of the Moluccas at elevations around 650 meters as a small sized warm growing epiphyte with freely branching, flattened, thin basally, thickening towards the apex stems carrying close set, imbricate, flattened, triangular leaves that blooms in the late fall and winter on an axillary and terminal, nodding inflorescence carrying fleshy flowers.
