Flower Size .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm]
Found in southern New Caledonia in strand forests and serpentine bland at elevations of 50 to 750 meters as a giant sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with bamboo-like, slender stems carrying short, pinkish green to grey blue, linear-ligulate, obtuse, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the winter and spring on lateral, several flowered inflorescence.
