Common Name or Meaning The Eared Dendrochilum [refers to the upper side lobes of the lip]

Found in the Philippines on Luzon at elevations around 1500 to 2500 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with spindle-shaped psedobulbs carrying leathery, lanceolate, 3 rarely, 5 to 7 veined leaves that blooms on a 10" [25 cm] long, arching, to 30 flowered inflorescence.
