Common Name The Larger Root Dendrophylax

Flower Size .12" [3 mm]

Found in Campeche, Jalisco, Veracruz, and Yucatán states of Mexico as a mini-minaiture sized, hot to warm growing leafless epiphyte similar to D porrectus but differs in the larger, more robust plant, larger lip with a round apex and different pollina.

D porrectus is to the left and the new species D megarhizus is on the right in the LCDP photo above.
