Common Name The Small Flowered Dendrochilum

Flower Size 1/5" [5 mm]

Found only in the Philippines on mossy trees in montane forests at elevations around 1200 meters as a miniature [4"] sized, warm growing epiphyte with oval pseudobulbs enveloped by tubular sheaths basally and carrying a single, apical, linear-oblong, 3 veined leaf and blooms in the winter on a semi-arching, 1 1/2" [3.75 cm] long, many [20] flowered, racemose, crowded inflorescence arising on a new growth.
