Found in the Philippines at elevations around 500 meters as a small sized, warm growing epiphyte with slender, tapering at both ends pseudobulbs carrying lanceolate, 3 to 5 veined leaves thqat blooms in the late winter and early spring on a 2 to 6" [5 to 15 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with flowers that open from the apex of the stem first back to the base.
