Found in Sumatra in forests at elevations around 1280 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with a branching, faily slender rhizome giving rise to cylindrical, to 2 to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm] apart, swollena bit basally pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, pendent, papery, oblong-lanceolate, acumiante, narrowing below rather abruptly into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a slender, peduncle 4" [10 cm] long, 10" [25 cm] long overall, densely many flowered inflorescence with oblong, mucronate, a little longer than the ovary floral bracts carrying greenish white flowers.
