Endemic to the Philippines at elevations of 1000 to 2300 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with tapered pseudobulbs carrying elongate, grass-like leaves and blooms in the winter on a semi-arching, 2" [5 cm] long, inflorescence that arises from the near the apex of a newer leaf and carries many [30] flowers.
