Found on Mindoro within the Philippines at elevations around 1000 to 2600 meters as a mini-miniature sized , cool to cold growing epiphyte with clustered, ovate pseudobulbs carryinga single, apical, leathery, oblanceolate, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an arching to 3.2" [8 cm] long, to 9 flowered inflorescence.
