Found in on Luzon and Panay of the Philippines among mosses on tree trunks in bright light at elevations around 950 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with oval pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, lanceolate leaf that blooms in the spring on an upright, arching to pendulous, longer than the leaf, to 4" [10 cm] long, to 20 flowered inflroescence ariwsing on a new growth.
