Common Name Endert's Dendrobium [Dutch botanist in Indonesia 1900's]
Flower Size 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm]
Found in Borneo in primeval forests at elevations around 1000 to 1500 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with spreading to pendent, non-branching, flexuous above stems carrying many, obliquely lanceolate to elliptic, slightly unequally acuminate, acute, twisted basally into the base leaves that blooms in the spring on a 1" [2.5 cm] long, 7 to 9 flowered inflorescence arising along the stem of leafless canes.
